Like for Like Wall System

Airborne Noise.  Can only be installed on a stud wall structure. This system is for areas were clients don’t have any room to spare, normally in hallways and walls next to staircases. The main aim of this system is to reduce “the speaker box effect” that the cavity between batons creates.  The wall face will be removed to expose the voids between existing batons. Acoustic mineral wool gets installed in these voids. A 12,5mm acoustic plasterboard is installed directly to the batons.. This system utilise Acoustic Mineral Wool and 12,5mm acoustic plasterboard. The perimeter and all joints on 1st layer of board will be sealed with acoustic mastic.
